SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free Standard Shipping Across India. Cash on Delivery is chargeable.
Shipping outside India is charged as per the rates mentioned on the website during checkout. If it is incorrectly charged at checkout, the difference in amount shall be refunded or added as applicable.
Express Shipping within India will incur an additional Rs. 270 per product.
Please allow at least 8-12 working days to ship your product from our end.
In case of multiple products in an order, the entire package will be shipped together, please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer.
Please Note: The Estimated Delivery Timeline is only an indicative/representation of the timelines we are trying to achieve. It is in no way a guarantee, a commitment, or a promise of delivery by the mentioned timelines.
REFUND POLICY:
We offer refunds only in the event of the customer receiving a damaged product. Customer should inform within 24 hours, with picture or video proof of package unpacking.
To be eligible for the return of a damaged good, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at saurabhjainboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do size exchanges only within India. Please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment via the Exchange Portal link mentioned below or on WhatsApp on:- +91-8591488036
International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Incase of size exchange you need to send us the product back at your cost and we will send the required size after receiving the product at our cost.
Refunds
We don't do refunds. In the event of damaged goods, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
