If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.


1.1 It is necessary to inform us about the exchange within seven days of the delivery of product.

1.2 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

1.3 Kindly print and fill up the Exchange/Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange.

1.4 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

1.6  If the product is damaged, a picture of the damaged part must be sent with the email.

1.7 Shipping costs are supposed to be borne by you. Brand Saurabh Jain will bear the costs while shipping the corrected product back to you.

3. Brand Saurabh Jain - Return & Exchange Policy

3.1 A purchased designer piece at Brand Saurabh Jain can be exchanged only once.

3.2 Not all products at Brand Saurabh Jain are subject to exchange. Please go through the exchange policy thoroughly before you purchase anything.

3.3 Made-to-order at Brand Saurabh Jain calls for a final sale and thus will be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. About orders from overseas

4.1 As import and custom duties vary from country to country, orders from outside India are subject to handling charges, custom fees and taxes.

4.2 We do not accept exchange and return for orders from overseas.

4.3 Not everything that appears on an item purchased at Brand Saurabh Jain is machine work. Many processes include handcraft and thus have some natural irregularities that are actually the characteristic of the process. They will not be considered as defects.

5. International Buyers

5.1 You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world. You can place an order directly on the website. We do have secure payment methods and we use DHL, DTDC and FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

6. Payment Methods

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International, American Express and CC Avenue. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. You will not be charged for any foreign currency conversion. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. 7. Shipping Charges

For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and are mentioned clearly on the product page. Shipping charges may be different for different countries.

8. Delivery Time

The estimated time of delivery is 15-18 working days within India and International orders is 18-21 working days. We will send you the tracking details as soon as your order gets shipped.

9. Order Status

You can view the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with To check the status of your pending order(s), click on the “Login” link in the top right of any page and login into your account. This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “Orders” link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. Once your order is shipped out from our seller/warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

10. Shipment and Tracking Details

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 48 business hours to become active on the courier websites. We will immediately send you an email as soon as the shipment of your ordered items are handed over to the Courier Service. The email alerts will consist of the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. The same information’s can be checked on our order status page or by signing in to the My Account section on our site.

11. VAT & Custom Duties

Customers are responsible for their country’s VAT/ customs or any duty fees. As policies vary greatly from country to country. If the courier company charges some additional service charges over and above custom duty on the basis of certain cases then you will stay responsible to pay them accordingly.

12. Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address and Shipping Address are to different concepts. Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company and the Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Please make this clear before placing your order.

If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the courier.

13. Important information regarding Address

Any changes in your address needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped. If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on the customer choice.

14.Lost In transit

If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency. If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case if a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to select an alternate product.
